BY INSTALLING OR USING THE EXTENSION, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE EXTENSION.

Modifications to the Agreement:

Auto Refresh Pro, LLC (“Licensor”) reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time and without prior notice.

The most current version of the Agreement will be available on the Licensor’s website.

By continuing to use the Extension after the Agreement has been modified, you agree to be bound by the terms of the modified Agreement.

Grant of License:

Auto Refresh Pro, LLC (“Licensor”) grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Extension on a single device owned by you.

Restrictions:

You may not:

Modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the Extension.
Distribute, rent, lease, or lend the Extension to third parties.
Remove any copyright notice or other proprietary notices from the Extension.
Use the Extension for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Intellectual Property:

The Extension and all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to it are owned by the Licensor.

Disclaimer:

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE EXTENSION WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR OPERATE UNINTERRUPTEDLY.

Limitation of Liability:

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE EXTENSION, EVEN IF THE LICENSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Termination:

This Agreement may be terminated by either party at any time. If you breach any of the terms of this Agreement, the Licensor may terminate this Agreement immediately and without prior notice.

General Provisions:

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Extension and supersedes all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
